What does your body say before you say “yes” or “no”? And how can we become more aware of other people’s boundaries?
In this playful workshop, we’ll explore consent not only through conversation, but through the body. Through body awareness exercises, role-play and shared reflection, we’ll explore what boundaries and consent can feel like, how to recognize them, and how to communicate them clearly.
Capacity: 15-20 ppl
