Inspired by bands like Bring Me the Horizon, Being As An Ocean, Holding Abscence and Dayseeker, they turn personal experiences into honest songs about heartbreak, mental health, and overcoming difficult times.

In true DIY spirit, the band writes, records, mixes, and masters all of their music themselves, creating a sound that is as authentic as their message. Leave The Ghosts Behind aims to remind listeners that, even in their darkest moments, they’re never alone.
